Strafford Registry offers a wide range of care services as an alternative to a nursing home.  Our services allow our clients to live a full, dignified life in the comfort of their home.

Our services are available from a few hours a week to around the clock.  Our clients care are individually tailored and developed by our team members (Nurse Case Manager, Medical Social Worker, Client Counselor & your personal Physician*).  Some of the services we offer are:

• Companionship in the home
• Escorted transportation to doctor appointments from an assisted living facility or nursing home
• Light Housekeeping/Laundry
• Sitter services in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Discharge/Outpatient Services- Accompany and assist during admission or discharge from a hospital, surgery center, or other facility
• Caregiving services while residing at independent living, assisted living, group home, CCRC, or skilled nursing facility
• Support following a stroke
• Support following hospital or rehab care
• Respite care for a family caregiver
• Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene
• Couples Care
• Alzheimer's/dementia care
• Help in reducing risk of slips or falls
• Routine monitoring & phone check-ins

*Personal Physician is optional in the development of our clients’ care program.
