President - Michael P. McClatchy

Michael P. McClatchy, Sr. is the owner and operator of the Strafford Registry. Michael received his B.A. from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 1989, and his M.S. in Health Care Administration from Eastern University in 1994.

Michael has been involved in the Health Care Administration field for over 18 years; his entire professional life. He played an integral role in the management of his family’s nursing home, The Bryn Mawr Terrace Convalescent Center until its sale in 2007. He also has 8 years experience as a health care consultant, serving nursing homes, retirement communities, assisted living facilities and transitional care units in the private, non-profit and governmental sectors.

Graduate of Bryn Mawr School of Nursing Humanity and Science credits obtained from University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University.

Twenty three years experience as a Registered Nurse with a diverse background in hospital medical/surgical nursing, home care nursing as well as hospital and insurance based Case Management. Certified in Case Management and have worked extensively with numerous Community Resources in helping hospital based patients with discharge planning for a smooth transition to their home environment.

Client Counselor - Colleen Gillespie

Colleen has a BS from St. Joseph's University and her background includes 23 years of sales and marketing experience.  In the most recent past, Colleen successfully ran her own companion /personal assistant company based in Wayne, PA.  She brings her expertise and commitment to excellence to Strafford Registry and is dedicated to providing our clients with the utmost of reliable, compassionate service.
